The challenge
Global health professionals are often responsible for important implementation work while navigating competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, limited resources, and limited time. Even experienced professionals can benefit from an independent thought partner who helps them clarify what matters, make difficult choices, and move toward a feasible result.
Role
Faculty coach supporting global health professionals through applied projects in their own organizations, providing structured thought partnership as participants clarified problems and deliverables, narrowed scope, strengthened plans, worked through implementation barriers, and incorporated stakeholder feedback.
What we did
Provided individualized support at key decision points, using structured questions, practical frameworks, and iterative feedback to help participants turn broad ambitions into feasible projects and adapt as new information and constraints emerged.
What resulted
Participants are developing tangible organizational deliverables, including tools, policies, and program plans, through a structured 15-week process.
